Vendor Information

Vendor applications are accepted through July and are selected at a committee meeting held in August for the following February quilt show. The committee tries to have variety among the vendors and to rotate vendors from year to year. If you would like to be considered for a vendor spot for the upcoming show, please download a Vendor Application Packet and send your information to:

Our new interactive form can be downloaded, or filled out from your web browser using Adobe Acrobat Reader version 8 (free download from Adobe.com). The form is set up to be tabbed through, to facilitate typing in your application. There are a few boxes that can be checked/unchecked with a cursor click. Some fields are set up for a specific format, e.g., the phone number is (xxx) xxx-xxxx, and the latest date is xx/xx/xx. You will get a warning if they are not properly entered. You may print page two of the form for conventional mailing, or save it with your information to be e-mailed.

If you are unable to download the Vendor Information Packet please write or e-mail the guild and request one.

Vendor applications must be returned by the application date with your deposit and other requested information. Incomplete applications will not be considered. Letters of acceptance/regret will be sent after the committee makes selections. Deposits will be returned should you not be selected.
