Vendor applications are accepted through July and are selected at a committee meeting held in August for the following February quilt show. The committee tries to have variety among the vendors and to rotate vendors from year to year.

Vendor applications must be returned by the application date with your deposit and other requested information. Incomplete applications will not be considered. Letters of acceptance/regret will be sent after the committee makes selections. Deposits will be returned should you not be selected.
