Quilt Show Entry 2026

Before completing this online entry form, refer to the 2026 Quilt Show entry documents (General Rules and Information, Judging Categories, and Important Dates) on the FQFG website. An entry form must be completed for each entry. One payment, either online or by check, can be made for multiple judging fees.
ALL entries must be received by 8 pm Monday, November 10, 2025. Please submit a single payment/transaction for all entries.

19. Quilt Story (THIS SECTION MUST BE COMPLETED) In 60 words or less, tell the viewer about your quilt. Please include the Pattern Name and Design Source in the quilt story. (Stories exceeding 60 words may be edited.) Emma Allebes Art Challenge entry must include phrase or scene that inspired artwork. *

Please Note: Photos not submitted electronically must be delivered to the Quilt Show Chair by 8 pm on Monday, November 10, 2025.
A 4” x 6” color photograph of your entry must be submitted. The photograph is needed for Quilt Show layout. If your entry is yet to be completed, a copy of the pattern cover or a drawing accompanied by fabric swatches to show the entry’s colors should be submitted.
Additionally, please adhere to the size requirements of a 2.5” x 3.5” (wallet size) personal photos for the “Quilt Story” card that will hang on your quilt at the show. “Quilt Story” cards are a standard size and cannot accommodate odd-sized photographs.

22. I understand and accept that insurance is the responsibility of the exhibitor. The Folsom Quilt and Fiber Guild does not insure exhibits and is not responsible for any loss, damage or theft of entries. We recommend that you insure your entry through your own insurance. *
